Our founder Andrew J Bannister is an architectural designer from the UK and moved here in January 2006.

​

He has established himself not only as a talented architect but also advises Governments and Ministers on social housing, MMC and a variety of industry innovative elements.

​

His understanding of the industry goes way back to his childhood in England where in the 1960's his father taught him how to use construction tools and to understand ergonomics and the basics for architecture and the full build process.

​

A spell in the Royal Air Force as a photographer finished in 1982 where he immediately got back into design and the rest is history.

​

Author with Sterling of New York ( 20 years on Amazon but now out of print ), winner of more than a dozen UK National and International design awards, author of numerous white papers on modern methods of construction, Artist, Writer... but essentially.. a passionate architectural designer.

​

Now in his 69th Year, Andrew has no intention of retiring, proven by his amazing drive and pursuit of making things better.. and then improving again.

​

Andrew is joined by the very talented Edward Vincente as company Project Manager and Pelagia Cristin .. for administration and accounts..  a time honoured team who have his total trust...
