Andrew created ABD back in 2009, with his then sponsor Abdulla AlAwadhi who is now a close family friend and business partner.
With 40 years in construction and architecture and 20 of those here in the UAE, Andrew is a multi UK National and International design award winner, author and speaker. At the tender age of 69 he has no plans to retire, indeed he has taken on international roles as founder of the Guild of MMC and affordable housing. A drive to make people aware that the world is short of 35 millions affordable homes a year and growing. Add to that his passion for advancing MMC ( Modern Methods of Construction ) he designs for all people and all demographics... Author, Artist and writer, but as his home is here in Dubai, Luxury has always been a stable of his repertoire.
Standing by Andrew and Abdulla is the company Projects Manager, Edward, who has demonstrated a unique skill in supervising projects on site and fully engaging with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely completions.
Pelagia ( Pel ) has worked with ABD for 14 years and is truly the mother of the business. Accounts and administration are her speciality but in truth we would be lost without her.

Aisha AlAwadhi is a UAE National and a proud graduate of the University of Manchester, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. With a passion for creativity, architecture and thoughtful spaces, she is inspired by the way design can transform environments and reflect individuality.
Rooted in he Emirati heritage and shaped by an international education, Aisha brings together culture, contemporary design and a refined sense of aesthetics. Her journey is driven by curiosity , creativity and a desire to create spaces that are both beautiful and meaningful.
