إحدى خمس فلل مصممة ومبنية وفق تصميم فريد. هذا منزل عائلي يتميز بفناء مركزي مفتوح. تشمل أماكن الإقامة غرف نوم، كل منها مزودة بحمام داخلي، وقاعة سينما، ومنطقة طعام مفتوحة متعددة الاستخدامات، وصالة، ومطبخ واسع، ومنطقة طعام ومعيشة مناسبة لجميع أفراد العائلة... بالإضافة إلى سكن للموظفين، ومطبخ منفصل، وغرفة غسيل، وشرفة على السطح، وغرفة حديقة كبيرة مطلة على المسبح لاستضافة التجمعات الكبيرة.

فيلا تم تجديدها بالكامل على طراز آرت ديكو/تقليدي.
أراد العميل تصميمًا انتقائيًا لا يتقادم مع مرور الزمن. غادر المالك الأصلي دبي، لكن الساكن الجديد تواصل مع أندرو ليؤكد أن هذه الفيلا ليست رائعة للسكن فحسب، بل إن صيانتها كانت في غاية السهولة رغم ظروف دبي المناخية ومرور 15 عامًا على بنائها... (الصور مقدمة من شركة لاكشري بروبرتيز)
Nad Al Sheba
This villa was part built when we took it on, and it required very careful variations to bring it up to the level of finish and quality required by the Emirati Owner.
A minimalist design with tall and very wide glazing but retaining sun shading to best effect.
Helix House
Jumeira Park Bespoke area.. This from sand up villa design through to hand over was a commission for a modern villa where windows could be placed in any position as dictated by the interior layout. Andrew achieved this for several villas by adopting a semi-art deco styling and horizontal banding architecture. The open plan interior has a feature helix staircase constructed in Steel, Concrete, 25mm aluminium and curved glass..
Villa Tennis Court
Jumeira Park Bespoke area.. This from sand up villa design through to hand over was a commission for a modern villa where windows could be placed in any position as dictated by the interior layout. He added a full professional sized tennis court by lowering to a level where the need for fencing was minimised.. allowing for a better aesthetic. This villa was constructed from start to handover within 14 months. A large villa built to specification and timely completed.
